The biggest thing that using the journal showed me is my patterns. My awareness was heightened. It felt uncomfortable to come face to face with my “stuff”, yet it helped me see just how frustrated I was but hadn’t fully realised.  It prompted me to look at starting new habits and patterns that would support me in healthy ways. I also had subtle revelations, like how I was not spending enough time in nature. I loved how the different parts of my design were broken up into digestible pieces and all the different angles for deep investigation.  As someone who has been exploring Human Design for many years, I found that the journal caters both to beginners and to those who are more experienced.
